By registering on our platform, making a payment, or accessing our content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Refund Policy.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Not share course materials, login details, or recorded sessions with others.
  • Use Proximsoft Academy services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Course recordings and materials are for personal learning only and cannot be resold or redistributed.

5. Payments & Invoices

  • All course and service fees must be paid as per the payment terms mentioned during registration.
  • Payments can be made through approved online payment gateways or bank transfers.
  • Proximsoft Academy reserves the right to suspend access to services for non-payment or delayed payments.

6. Course Access & Completion

  • Access to live and recorded sessions will be granted only upon successful payment.
  • Students are expected to attend sessions regularly and maintain professional behavior during online classes.
  • Certificates (where applicable) will be issued only after successful completion of the program and all required assignments.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which is available on our website. All users are expected to review it before making any payments or enrolling in a program.

8. Placement Assistance

Proximsoft Academy provides placement guidance and interview preparation support, but it **does not guarantee job placement**. Success in placement opportunities depends on the candidate’s performance, skills, and market conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Proximsoft Academy shall not be held liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from use of our website or services.
  • Technical issues, delays, or interruptions beyond our control.
  • Job outcomes, third-party interactions, or personal losses incurred during training or consulting engagements.

10. Changes to Terms

Proximsoft Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Refund Policy

At Proximsoft Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT training and consulting services. We value our learners and clients, and your satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for our training programs, demo sessions, and professional services.

1. Training Program Refunds

Before Course Start Date:

  • A full refund (100%) will be issued if you cancel your registration at least 48 hours before the course begins.
  • Requests must be sent via email to support@proximsoftacademy.com with proof of payment.

After Course Start Date:

  • Once classes have started, full refunds are not available.
  • However, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be considered if you withdraw within the first two live sessions, citing valid reasons such as technical issues or scheduling conflicts.

Demo & Trial Sessions:

  • Demo sessions are generally free of cost unless otherwise specified.
  • Any paid demo fee is non-refundable.

Batch Rescheduling:

  • You may request to reschedule to another batch within 30 days of the original course start date, subject to seat availability.

2. Corporate Training & Consulting Services

Refunds for corporate or consulting services are handled as per the agreement or invoice terms. Fees for completed milestones or delivered services are non-refundable.

3. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly, please contact billing@proximsoftacademy.com within 7 business days of the transaction.

Our team will investigate and respond within 5–7 working days.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that bank or transaction fees (if applicable) may be deducted.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Non-attendance without prior written notice.
  • Courses accessed or attended beyond two live sessions.
  • Digital course material already downloaded or accessed.
  • Registrations made under special offers or discounted rates.
